Shoutmeloud-A good source for new webmasters

I dont really know whether I can write about a single website in hubpages.But this being my first post here I think that it should be a good start as it'll make some of you aware of India's one of the most famous blog, which I know is maintained alone by Harsh Agarwal.

Its been a couple of months since i started taking interest in the e-world,but since then i have been really busy.Well i am not a business tycoon of something of that sort ,I am just a another medical student who is just tech savvy and loves the internet very much and being on rotations gives me really very little time to invest on my blog/website.

When I first started making my website I was really desperate to get it running but wohhhhhhooooo that was a beginners hurry and i had installed Joomla to make my site,the biggest mistake i made in my blogging career till now.
I don't have any bad views on Joomla, its just that not being familiar with the CMS programmes ,I was not able to configure Joomla properly.

Frankly speaking the damage was already done to my website as my whole website had been indexed and my posts were ranked pretty good but then all of a sudden my indexing stopped and i found out that i my robot.txt was preventing my site from further indexing,but dumb i was, as I did not make any effort to do a research on robots.txt

And then i was just surfing randomly to find something that i could do to undo the damage done and i then i saw this blog named shoutmeloud.com.I liked it as the author and owner of this blog is about my age and has been doing a pretty well(Alexa ranking is about 15,000).
What i liked most about this blog is he has provided his phone number in his contact info so that anyone can contact him for any queries.

I don't think I will be doing it but this blogger is really a  pro,he has also started a revenue sharing programme,and the most amazing thing is that he gives you the 100% of what you earn through your adsense advertisements displayed in your post posted in his blog(as a guest of course).

Well why am i doing this? Because it was shoutmeloud who gave me the advice to use wordpress and believe me wordpress works like a charm and the ways to customize it are really easy and with this guys guidance it got even easier.

5 things i liked about this blog and would like to implement in  my website as well:-

1-The layout is superb,I mean you can navigate to any part of the website without leaving the first page.

2-The posts are perfect I mean this is the second website that has given me the knowledge that i want, the first one is mashable.
3-The commenting support is awesome,I mean you're replied almost immediately on your comments.
4-Of all the wordpress built sites i know off,this site has made the best use of the footer,now you could navigate the whole site from the footer alone-IMO that's called excellency.

5-Now this is the best part i like about this site-no advertisements are placed in places that could hinder your site navigation-again perfect ad placement.
6-The author of this blog tells its monthly earnings to his readers,that's really inspiring.One needs some motivation when you're lost and I most of the times get it from Harsh.

7-This blog is very easy to follow source for wordpress users as Harsh personally helps webmasters having problems with wordpress.

Its really amazing that i have not seen any of the flaws till now that needs to be mentioned,may be because i am new to this field.
